About Tegan
Clinical Psychologist
BPsych, GDipPsych, MPsych(Clin)
Tegan works as a Clinical Psychologist with a Master of Clinical Psychology (Advanced Entry) and has over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families across the lifespan. She began her post-graduate career in the child protection/alternative care space before starting the 4+2 training pathway. Tegan gained valuable hands-on experience in diverse workplace settings before completing her Master’s qualifications. This early foundation shaped her practical, grounded approach to clinical work and deepened her understanding of real-world therapeutic challenges. She then worked within the Child and Youth Mental Health space before moving into Private practice.
Tegan currently works in a private practice with clients aged over 16, and also provides support within a school setting for children from Prep to grade 4.
Tegan’s career spans a wide range of settings, including government and non-government settings, and this breadth of experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of complex presentations, systemic challenges, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Tegan has experience with perinatal mental health and early attachment, right through to geriatric psychology. She can offering insight and sensitivity to the early stages of life and parenting as well as an interest growth and change across the lifespan. She can work with the neurodiverse community and is open clients of all genders and sexualities.
Tegan is passionate about fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships and work collaboratively with clients to tailor therapy to their unique needs and goals. Her practice is grounded in evidence-based models including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Circle of Security (COS) and Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT). She integrates a trauma-informed, attachment-aware, and strengths-based perspective to support lasting change and emotional wellbeing.
Clinical Supervision and Professional Support

Tegan provides clinical supervision to early- career Psychologists as well as like-minded colleagues seeking additional support, reflection, and growth. Tegan offers a warm, collaborative space that encourages professional development, ethical practice, and clinical confidence. Her supervision style is grounded in real-world experience and guided by curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to lifelong learning - helping supervisees navigate complex cases, refine therapeutic skills, and strengthen their professional identity.
Tegan is a STAP trained Board Approved Supervisor. She provides clinical supervision to early-career Psychologists as well as like-minded colleagues seeking additional support, reflection, and growth. Tegan offers a warm, collaborative space that encourages professional development, ethical practice, and clinical confidence. Her supervision style is grounded in real-world experience and guided by curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to lifelong learning - helping supervisees navigate complex cases, refine therapeutic skills, and strengthen their professional identity.
Tegan can provide support for the AHPRA 5+1 program for Probationary Psychologists, External or Secondary Supervision for Generally and Clinically registered Psychologists. Tegan would also be available to School Psychologists and Counsellors or Professionals in the Child Protection/Out-of-home care industry. Clinical Endorsement Supervision available in 2026.
