At the heart of Tegan Mallett Psychology is the belief that growth takes time, care, and the right conditions. Just like trees, we grow stronger when we’re supported — even through the changing seasons.

Individual Therapy

Tegan’s individual Psychology sessions offer a space to pause, reflect, and nurture new ways of being. No matter if you’re weathering a storm, pruning what no longer serves you, or ready to grow in a new direction, I’ll flow alongside you to support your natural process of change and resilience.

Tegan’s work is grounded in a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Informed Therapy. This is intertwined with a trauma- informed, attachment-focused and strengths-based perspective, as well as drawing from years of personal and professional experience.
